Objective of the event: Student Support & Encouragement Brief Report: I, Smt. K. J. Vijaya Lakshmi, Lecturer in commerce supported and encouraged the 162 students to words to inculcating learning habits by donating/ gifting subject books, Calculators, cash and other complimentary gifts when they give their best or trying to give their level of best-in-class room seminars, internal and external exams and other curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Some times for total class of B. Com students and blind and orphan students of B.A, donated subject books / material as a part of support, when they need. Receptors get satisfaction through this activity and other faculty members and students were get motivated. Outcome of the event: Inculcating good habits among students & self-satisfaction.

Objective of the event: Students will get knowledge through class room teaching from other college faculty. Report: The departments of Commerce of PSC & KVSC Government Degree College, Nandyala, organized a “Guest Lecture” by other college Faculty in Business Statistics paper to Second Year B. Com (G) and (C.A) third semester students, in the topic of “Median” on 25th January, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. to 12.30 noon. at virtual lab of PSC & KVSC Government College, Nandyala. Smt. B. Krishnaveni, Lecturer in Commerce, from Government Degree College, Dhone, was acted as a resource person. In this program, 02 faculty members and 20 students were participated. Out Come of the Event: All the participants express their satisfaction on the topic taught by the resource person. Through this program, they understood how to calculate the Median measure of central Tendency. This kind of knowledge exchange program between colleges, is very useful to students.

We the faculty of department of commerce supported and encouraged the students to words good and healthy habits by participating in cultural, sports, games, blood donation, Online Quiz, donations, clean and green and other activities, through creating interest among them in extracurricular aspects by doing ourselves. Most of the students helped to the general public, when they need. They get satisfaction through this kind of activities. Some students show best in sports and games, they were encouraged regarding this. Out Come: We are very happy that our students 25 in number participated such kind of extracurricular activities, which were use full to develop their personality

OBJECTIVES: -The main objective of this activity is to enable the students • To understand the Conceptual knowledge of accounting. • To equip themselves to understood the basic concepts and conventions of accounting. • To develop the skills of recording financial transactions and preparation of financial reports. • Usage of present experience for future purpose. Report: The total activity was organized from 20-10-2022 to 21-11-2022, total 40 hours in 17 days, daily 2 to 4 hours after completion of college hours and mostly in leisure hours by the faculty members from the department of commerce. Course Outcome / Participants Feed Back: - Total 41 students enrolled in this course, among them 17 were non-commerce students. Average attendance is 21. Minimum is 12 and maximum is 30. Students were attended the classes regularly and understood the new topics in new subjects in a proper way. After completion of the course students had got an idea about the Business, Industry, Commerce, and its differentiation, classification, how to identify the Economic or Business transactions, how to trace the Debit and Credit aspects in that, how to classify those aspects in a form of personal, real, and nominal accounts, and how to apply the rules of Debit and Credit accordingly for the posting of journal entries and in related ledgers.

Report: We the faculty of departments of Commerce of PSC & KVSC Government College, Nandyala, organized an “INDUSTRIAL VISIT” to Sri SUJALA PIPES PRIVATE LIMITED, BOMMALA SATHRAM, NANDYALA, on 12-10-2022 & 13-10-2022, along with 14 students of III & II B. Com General and Computer Applications accompanied by 2 staff members. Industry HR Ramaiah, Accountant and Supervisors were explained each and every thing about Industry establishment, Production, Material Requirements, Man Power, Machinery, special Skills used in production, Sales, Cost, Profit, Marketing area, Competition and other related activities. They were also promised to provide an Internship opportunity to our B. Com students in their Industry. Outcome of the event: Through this program, they understood how the Industry works.
