Brief Report of the activity	Objective of the event:To provide Knowledge in CSP and STI to all students. Report: As per NEP 2020, in addition to Major, Minor and Skill courses students have to be completed 3 internships in their total UG level. In first year, end of second semester Community Service Project- CSP for 2 months, in second year, end of fourth semester Short Term Internship-STI for 2 months and in third year, sixth semester, Semester Internship-SI for 4 months to be completed for the accomplishment of UG Degree Certificate by the students in all domines. Hence, the Department of Commerce of PSC & KVSC Govt. college, Nandyala, in association with the department of computer science, was organized an awareness seminar on internships, on 02-05-2024, to give clear picture about internships and how to do to all the students form all groups, and also clear their doubts in this regard. Total 17 faculty and nearly 100 students were participated along with Principal. Smt. K. J. Vijaya Lakshmi, Lecturer and BOS member in Commerce, and Sri. G.D. Rajendar, Lecturer and BOS member in Computer Science were acted as resource persons for this program. Out Come: Acquired Knowledge in CSP and STI.

Brief Report of the activity	Objective of the event: Student Support & Encouragement Report: I, Smt. K. J. Vijaya Lakshmi, Lecturer in commerce supported and encouraged the 218 students to words to inculcating learning habits by donating/ gifting subject books, Calculators, cash and other complimentary gifts when they give their best or trying to give their level of best-in-class room seminars, internal and external exams and other curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. Also for total class of B. Com students, blind and orphan students of B.A. were donated by subject books / material as a part of support, when they need. Receptors get satisfaction through this activity and other faculty members and students were get motivated. Outcome of the event: Through this activity Inculcating good habits among students such as Helping & self-satisfaction etc.

Brief Report of the activity	The New Education Policy 2020(NEP, 2020) has brought complete change in the UG Curriculum. As per NEP 2020, in addition to Major courses, we have to choose Minor and Skill courses also in the second semester. In this process some of our commerce faculty are in confusion about which one is better to choose as Minor and which one is suitable as a Skill course. Hence, the Department of Commerce of our college in association with the BoS of Commerce is organising a "webinar on Minor & Skill Courses for Commerce Stream" to clear all confusion and doubts in this regard.

Brief Report of the activity	In 1986, the Consumer Protection Act was passed and received the assent of the President on December 24. Since then, National Consumer Rights Day is celebrated on this day to commemorate the occasion. The Consumer Protection Act acts to protect consumers from defective goods, negligent services, and unfair trade practices. The six fundamental rights of the Consumer Protection Act are Right to safety, Right to choose, Right to be informed, Right to be heard, Right to seek redressal and Right to consumer education.

Brief Report of the activity	Objective of the event: Students will recollect their knowledge in previous classes and make practice on it. Report: The departments of Commerce of PSC & KVSC Government Degree College, Nandyala, conducted “Remedial coaching” classes for Slow Learners and Moderate Learners along with Advanced Learners in commerce subject Papers for B. Com (CA) & (G) Students, who were identified as slow learners, and make them improved in subject. 1 Faculty and 40 students attended the classes. Smt. K. J. Vijaya Lakshmi, Lecturer in Commerce was acted as a resource person for these classes. Students will recollect their knowledge in previous classes taught by the faculty and make it improved through the listening and practicing in these remedial classes. They were done class and home assignments given in these remedial classes regularly and also Advanced Learners and Moderate Learners were participated in student seminars and Discussions on allotted subject topics. All the participants express their satisfaction on the topic taught by the resource person. Outcome of the event: Through this program, they understood how to overcome the problem of poor performance in difficult papers as well as how to ready for their semester exams and give their best performance.

Students will recollect their knowledge in previous year papers/ subjects, and practiced given class and home assignments accordingly. Receptors get satisfaction through this activity and other faculty members and students were get motivated, inculcating the habit of helping and know how our help useful to the needier when they were in difficult situation and how much of satisfaction we get, when we do something for someone. Brief Report of the activity	Total 32 students enrolled in this course, among them 11 were non-commerce students. Average attendance is 23. Minimum is 18 and maximum is 35. Students were attended the classes and understood the new topics in new subjects in a proper way. After completion of the course students had got an idea about the Business, Industry, Commerce, and its differentiation, classification, how to identify the Economic or Business transactions, how to trace the Debit and Credit aspects in that, how to classify those aspects in a form of personal, real, and nominal accounts, and how to apply the rules of Debit and Credit accordingly for the posting of journal entries, Organization types and Direct and Indirect Taxes.

Brief Report of the activity	We the faculty of Department of Commerce, those who acted as a mentor for B. Com (CA) & (G) Batches, each batch consists of 16 students, encouraged them towards the registrations under the CCE JOB PORTAL. For this we conducted an awareness class on 18-08-2023 to B. Com Pass outs by informing them through the WhatsApp groups. After that we encouraged the students to attend one week awareness classes organized by the JKC of our College through the Mentors of UNNATHI PROGRAM. 60 Students of B. Com attend the Maha Job Mela at KADAPA on 26-08-2023. Through this Maha Job Mela under 500 COMPANIES, offering 30,000 OPENINGS to the students. Among 60 students from our dept. of commerce, 10 Students were selected, among them one student from B. Com General stream selected for YOUNG INDIA Company with a salary package of Rs. 10,000 per month. (mentee of Smt. K. J. VIJAYA LAKSHMI).

Brief Report of the activity	Objective of the event: Students will get knowledge about all courses, Papers and skill development courses offered by Govt. of A.P. through APSSDC BRIEF REPORT: The departments of Commerce of PSC & KVSC Government Degree College, Nandyala, organized an “Induction Program” in subjects, Papers and courses offered by college for all BA, B.Sc and B. Com courses and also the skill development courses offered by govt. of A.P. under the skill development centre of APSSDC. 4 Faculty of and 29 students attended the program. Students will get knowledge about skill development courses offered by Govt. of A.P. through APSSDC. Sri. D. HUSSAIN BABU, CO-ORDINATOR & TUTER – APSSDC, PSC & KVSC GOVERNMENT COLLEGE- NANDYALA, who was acted as a resource person for skill development course topics and for English Smt. S. PARVATHI, for Commerce Dr. P. VENKATESWARLU and Smt. K. J. VIJAYA LAKSHMI and for Political Science topics Sri. PRADEEP garu were acted as resource persons. In this program, 04 faculty members and 29 students were participated. All the participants express their satisfaction on the topics taught by the resource persons. Through this program, they understood how to equip themselves in subjects as well as with employability skills to combat the present scenario of employment. This kind of induction programs will helpful to the students to manage their schedule with and out of classrooms properly. Sasikala madam garu, principal, for her full support in organizing the such a useful program as a part of Curricular Activity to our stakeholders.
