Brief Report of the activity	*Department of IQAC was conducted, A Birthday Anniversary Commemoration of Raja Vasireddy Venkatadri Naidu on 27-04-2026* Raja Vasireddy Venkatadri Naidu (1761–1817) was the zamindar who developed Amaravati as a planned capital city on the Krishna River after shifting from Dharanikota. Born on 27 April 1761, his birth anniversary is commemorated annually on April 27. The Amaravathi Heritage Centre and Museum, under the AP State Creativity and Culture Commission, regularly organizes tributes marking the occasion. The 259th birth anniversary in 2019 saw garlanding of his statue outside the zamindar bungalow in Amaravathi, Guntur district, with cultural programmes. His great-grandson Raja Bahadur Vasireddy Sudha Swaroop has called for public ownership of Amaravati heritage conservation and planned grand celebrations for the 260th anniversary in 2020. AP Government declare the 266th birth anniversary on April 27, 2026, as a state event to highlight his contributions to trade, civic infrastructure, and temple construction, including over 100 temples like Amaralingeswara Swamy.

Brief Report of the activity	PSC & KVSC Government Degree College, Nandyal organized an Open Day for Junior College students from Nandyal and surrounding areas. The main aim of the program was to provide awareness about higher education opportunities, courses offered, and academic facilities available in the college. During the event, students from nearby junior colleges visited the campus and interacted with faculty members of different departments. The departments explained the UG courses offered, career opportunities, and academic activities conducted in the college. Faculty members guided the visiting students regarding course selection, career prospects, and skill development opportunities available at the institution. The visiting students also had the opportunity to observe classrooms, laboratories, library facilities, and other infrastructure of the college

Brief Report of the activity	As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and campus development, PSC & KVSC Government Degree College, Nandyal organized a Clean and Green Campus Drive on 15th November 2025. The activity was conducted under the banner of the IQAC Cell in alignment with NAAC Criterion VII– Institutional Values and Best Practices (7.1.10 – Environmental Consciousness and Green Initiatives). Faculty members and students from various departments enthusiastically participated in the drive. The participants engaged in weeding, clearing dry leaves, cleaning the green areas around the campus buildings, and maintaining the landscaped garden beds. Both male and female students actively took part alongside their teachers, demonstrating a spirit of collective responsibility. The activity was conducted in the campus premises along Bommala Satram Road, Moolasagaram, Nandyal Outcome 1. Campus green areas were thoroughly cleaned and maintained. 2. Students developed a sense of ownership and responsibility towards the campus. 3. The activity reinforced the values of cleanliness and eco-consciousness. 4. Strengthened the bond between faculty and students through collective action. 5. Demonstrated the college's commitment to green and sustainable practices.

The event was headed by Dr. N. Shashikala, Principal of the College, who welcomed the new batch and introduced them to the college’s academic environment, facilities, and values. Faculty members from various departments addressed the students, emphasizing the importance of discipline, active learning, and holistic development.
